What is happening to these leaves?

I have a white widow plant 2 weeks into the veg stage 3/5 days ago the leaves started to turn a bit whitest yellow and they have been like this since. I have not been feeding any nutrients just normal tap water which first had a PH of 7.3 each time it was growing fine then they started to the leaves started to turn this colour. I have now used vinegar to lower the PH to 6.0-6.5. I have 4 other plants which are growing really well and healthy with that same PH of water each feed which I have now lowered each time with vinegar. Any ideas what could be the issue?
