What is it

Hello All, have a slight prob' my lady has been in flower for 4 weeks now. She has risen to over 2.5m and as yet still has not flowered. I have check for light in dark period nothing, have 2 x CFL 150w each and 2 x 100w HPS lighting her up, have place a few photos with the thread if that can help so please is this female or male. Zillions of thanks in advance chill out.

that looks like a female to me....but it has some amaphrofite characteristics. you should try googling some pics.
