what is sog, scrog?

can someone explain to me how this works please?

Uhh.. Google it. and you shall find out. basically sog is a buncha small plants same height normally from clone under the lights for single cola plants.. Scrog involves a screen/mesh blocking so all your plants are sort of LSTd / weaved under the mesh, thus making an even canopy of Stems with bud on it
