Yes, that's from 1-1000watt hortilux super HPS in a CAP XXX6 reflector, 5x5 flowering room, 12 plants, 10 different strains. Some plants only yield 2-3oz each, some yield 5-6. Modified screen of green, 5 gallon smart pots using my own version of super soil (milder than subs') and General Organics nutrients with various supplements and beneficials.
I've been doing this a long time, so my system is pretty highly refined. My biggest advances have come in the last few years though.
My garden efficiency is 0.41 grams per kwh. The killowatt hour figure includes bulb, fans; all elect. consumption to grow those grams of pot. (The bulb's nominal wattage works out to be about 60% of total electricity consumed). The grams figure tallies only trimmed buds. My system is a four foot square scrog box with a 400 watt CMH light, hempy style C-99. Seventy days of flower produces about seven ounces.
Incidentally, has anyone noticed the Huffington Post story claiming one percent of total US electricity consumption is used in indoor pot production?

o ya and checking out ur profile i see your very first grow was started in march of this year. and ur attempts look pretty shitty so 1. you dont know what the hell you are doing or even talking about and 2 with ur very little growing experience there is no way ur bud would be 34%. lets just say even if it could get to 34% the growing conditions would have to be perfect along with everything else including you. which from some threads you have posted looked like ur plants were doing horrible. if you wanna tell some rediculous lie make sure you dont have proof that ur lying on this site for everybody to see! any real grower would know that ur 34% is bullshit anyways without even having to look.

i know right. did you check out the dudes profile. he says he had it lab tested and everything when he has never had 1 single harvest. i mean if ur gonne lie out ur ass you should know what ur talking about first. or at least have some experience or something. funny shit.

I always went under the assumption that if you cant grow at least a lb under every 1,000 watts then you have some kinks to work out of your routine. I personally, in soil average about 1-1.5 lbs per 1000 watts. Im sure hydro could easily shit out more weight than soil growers do.

Just Harvested Gbomb. A single female clone that was saved from a freinds prior destroried by hermi crop. Wasint sure how she would turn out since she was taken from as a clone from a mother in flowering with bud formation well under way, within a hermi environment. Long story short and it was a long story. recently haverested nearly 150 dried grams of bud. That was grown in a wardrobe closet. the plant had an over exstyensive vegg time due to moving. She only grew to a height just over two feet tall. She was harvested minimum two weeks early due to a Mold problem that was forming within the top of the masive dense main cola formation. Cut well below the mold point and tossed the molded top. This was a sad moment in the grow room.
But even after that loss of the top cola and early harvest still landed 5 zips. This was grown using 400 HPS through whole life cycle. This is a .375 gram per watt average. It would be a dream come true to get a minum of .5 or even a whole 1.0 per watt. There is some out there that can accomplish this and there is more than watts that contribute to the watt average like hundreds of environmental factors that either add or subtract from total yeild.

Just had my first harvest.
Pulled 89g under a 175W. So about 0.51g/w.
Hoping that number gets a lot closer to 1.

You can take that statement with a grain of salt.
If you're doing 1000W and get a LB of Purple Kush then you're doing pretty good.

My last few grows consist of a 5x5 room, 1 1000W light, 8 AK47 plants vegged for 4 weeks and flowered for 10 weeks, grown in DWC. I consistantly average about 35 zips of dry meds per grow which is .98 grams per watt of light.

Um......yea.....always. If you top your plants, and only keep 4 main branches, keep the little shit cut off, than it's all ready at once. I have never personally left anything growing after chopping down. I need to replant all at once too.
