What is the best and easiest way to germinate a seed?

Just curious what methods work the best. Thanks. Brand new to this.

take a paper towel wet it until semi damp fold the paper towel put those badboys on it fold the towel over them place in a ziploc or sandwich bag put the baggie on a hot surface lyk a computer tower,cable box etc. n wait for those babies to crack! usually takes 3 days for me ohh n put a towel or sumthing on bag to prevent the heat from escaping
