What Is The Best Method sog,scrog or just grown

Scrog and sog is somthing i,ve read about often but never paid much atention to it. Now after seeing some crops done by scrog method have got my atention, So what i,m looking for is advice on the best yielding method, i have 1 meter square which method would yield most,normal grow of 4 plant or 4 plants with a screen put over them. Any advice apreciated regards TCD

FIM double 4 Topped ScrOG.

I'd say topping it above the second true node to get 4 main colas, then scrogging it. a lot of people like to re-top too.
