Bigger pot gives more potential. LST makes for a more even canopy and better tops. Damaging the plant will not increase your yield. Good amount of light. Proper care.
You shouldn’t top your autos because they have a set veg period before they go into flower and the recovery time from topping will slow down the growth during veg that you can’t get back like from a photoperiod so only do LST with autos.

I would add in more light = more production, combined that with bigger pots/ good meticulous care = better yields and quality. Training your plants with a cage or nets will increase yields (earlier the better).
PROTIP: More roots = more fruits

Autos shouldnt need a trellis. And I have found autos to be a bit sensitive to to much light. With little to no dark period, the amount of light that is optimal for photos is likely to much for autos.
