I know they make a 100 wat cfl. Are you looking for a bunch of lights like 8 23 wats? or just the biggest bulb you can find?

I would go no lower than 23 watt bulbs, im running three 42 watt cfls in my cabinet for one plant.

yield questions are way to complicated to sup up in one post.
It really depends on how good a grower you are, the environment and the strain, not to mention LST, topping, supper cropping ect..
