what is the longest possible time you can keep a mj plant in vegatative growth?

without it dying when you put it into flowering

My mate has one thats been in veg 3 years, just keeps taking clones from it.

are you talking vegging a plant as long as you can before you flower it? or just keep it in veg.. the person i got my first clones from had a 2 year old mother and a 2 1/2 year old mother... but as far as just continously growing a plant to flower... well... i dont know that.. probably as long as you had room and lights and temps and nutes to keep it going... eventually i think it would peak out tho...

you can veg as long as you have the space and can keep the plant healthy.. infinitely really...

I have a bubba kush mother going on 4 years

I had a g13 mom for 5 years and decided to flower her because I was moving and wanted to start some different strains. She flowered just fine and yielded well over a lb. but she took up a 1000w hps all to herself. Its all about the space and health.
