What is this, and how do I get rid of it? Pics

So im growing under a 600W HPS...this is the second week of flower (the end of the second week)
Greenworld VPW 30 soil
GH Lucas Formula 1/2 strength for soil
Temp - 25 degrees celcius
Humidity - 57%

Today I water my plants give them a look over and I see this on a single branch, only one, nowhere else

Well that thing in picture #1 I can't identify, I'd get a knife and cut it all off if it seems to be a problem. Almost looks like an egg mass.

Pic #2 looks great.

Shit happens, most you don't need to worry about.

I dont have a cat .. lol, and it's an indoor grow :) Could it be a soft nutrient burn from feeding? That branch is close to the soil
