What is this growth???

I have a soil grow in a five gallon bucket with an OG Kush plant from seeds4free. Ive had this plant on the side of my house growing in the sunshine, meanwhile I had a different one in my only flowering box. The plant was getting too big so I would go back and prune it because I didnt want it to veg anymore but had no space at the time to flower it in early July. I just recently built a second flowering box with lights and timers when its not going to be in the sun, I put it in the box under some cfls until the time stops and starts it. Just to be exact on the lighting schedule but I use sunshine to supplement my cfl bulbs. I put my soil kush plant in 2 days ago to start the 12-12.

Attached are some pics. This growth looks almost like a cluster of grapes or mature male flowers about to bloom, or it looks like some seriously ambitious new growth coming from where I chopped the plant down to size. Is it in fact new growth, because it would be too soon to sex this plant after 2 days. Did it mature and start to flower
on its own or is it just unfamiliar (to me) new growth? Pretty much What is it? Sex?

those ball thingys are flowers with pollen, if you hav other plants I'd chop that ASAP. They look to be full of pollen already.

Havent even flowered it 2 days. Plant is two months old. Growth came right after chop last week.

Some of those things turned out leaves but I was confused by the mass cluster of it and how would it sex on its own without flowering?

can it flower itself in the beginning of summer? outside?

Sorry I dont mean to ask alot. How does this happen? The plant is two months old living outside how does it flower like that without being too old or changed lighting?

the light cycle outside has varried or due to a possible pfr/pr scenario with far red. please look up far red flowering initiators. i have just started reading about them and it might be a clue. unfortunately i do not have sufficient information to provide.
