After a nutrient line up like that and at full strength, your most likely having nutrient availability issues from pH or EC.

It doesn’t look like nutrient burn as much as you allowed the poor things to dry out between feed cycles

Hard to say for sure without knowing your true medium and actual nute schedule. If you're actually feeding them with all that stuff, it's a lockout or something, but to me personally I'd say they're starved. Next run, keep it simple and stick to a well rounded nutrient and stick to it. Adding 50 different additives is just asking for trouble.
