what is this on my leaves?

leaves twisted as well....... you had a pH lockout of some nutrients... magnesium in particular and most likely some other nutes/elements as well. Check the pH of your soil to make sure that it is in between an acceptable range of 5.5-6.5 so that way you wont lock up the nutrients/elements that your plant needs for healthy growth ;)

thank you for the fast reply kind sir. I couldnt have asked for a more clear and knowledgible response!

The soil is FFoF and some are Roots Organic. I just transplanted all of the 10 day old seedlings into their final containers 3-4gallon grow bags. This is my first time growing any plant so everything is new to me.

Can I test my soil with the fishtank PH test kit I bought? It goes from 6-8 but it tests liquid only.

they dont look old enough to be showing deficiency yet. A plant doesnt require any nutes for 3 weeks, what are yours at? Have you been giving them tap water? If you have you should check the tds levels of your water to see how hard it is. anything over 200ppm is considered hard water but I dont like using anything over 150 on my babies :) Its generally a good idea to start plants off with RO water and work them into tap water later on.

Anytime sol... :)

Good choice on the soil, and just remember... you don't have to give them any nutrients or fertilize them to compensate for right now, so just keep on as normal and just plain water them and after about a month to a month and 1/2 you can start to fertilize them as the nutrients in the FFOF will be just about used up. Just the fact you transplanted them was fine enough to correct the problem of the soil, as long as you still don't give them high pH water.

Yes, and No. The only way to test if you have paper strips, or the test tube instrument, is to the next time you water you will have to catch the run-off and test a sample of that water, However, that way is not very accurate due to the fact the predominate factor of the pH you will be reading is actually the water you just watered the plants with. Thus altering the true pH reading of the soil.

Just keep watering them as usual with 6.5-7.0 water as this will be the best way to water since after a while of fertilizing, the soil will naturally become more acidic and if you consistently keep watering them with a neutral pH water then that will be the BEST way to keep the soil at a optimal pH.

The plants look like they are happy in their new home so keep it up and have alot of fun! :)
