What is this powder

I’ve got this type of powder on my plants came from my veg room.as I look it up I can’t really find nothing that looks like it thought it was powdery mold but doesn’t really look the same and it will blow/wipe off

WTF?.. you got a scope you can look at this through to see if you got bugs? You been doing any construction? drywall, etc?

I have not I actually do have a scope good idea I’m have to take a look

Pictures are not the best. Cant see it clearly under zoom. But, looks like a really bad aphid infestation and those are shed exoskeletons.

I just looked it up it is exactly what it is aphid exoskeleton thanks a lot big help
