WHat is this winged insect, and is it harmful?

It jumped from a plant onto the LUX meter I was using so they prob have spread elsewhere as well... Plant looks pretty good so far with a little leaf yellowing tghe last few days but not splotchy as with a lot of insect damage. A couple rust colored spots too but not many and only on a few leaves. Plant was given some blood meal to combat the yellowing leaves. Keep in mind its an auto and is flowering for 3 weeks now already.

Definitely looks like it. It's TINY tho. To a lot of people it would just look like a light colored spec if they didn't see it move. Are these a cause for concern indoors?Maybe spray some diluted soapy spray on all non flowering plants?

maybe just one got in. look for them and squish them. I never found anything growing outdoors that killed them. they didn't do much harm outside.

ok awesome. Much better than mites or aphids/such. some more wind might help with these by making flying/jumping hard

It's a leafhopper.
Get em outta the garden. If they find their way into the flower room, they will lay egg sack in the buds. When the buds dry they will crystalize. Looks like brown sugar when you crush the buds for a bowl. Very gross. Don't want to smoke that crap.
A regiment of alternating treatment is what I use, neem, safers, and sierra science.
