Look close at the very center tip of this bud - you will see something that looks yellowish that has 3 yellow pod-like structures. None of my others have this - wtf is it? tell me your thoughts!

They are bananas mate, your plant is going hermi on ya, sorry. You can pick em off but if you miss one and it releases pollen you will get seeds in your bud. How far along are ya?

34 days into flowering and have 8 other plants that are 34 days in too. this one bud is the only one out of them all that has this banana looking thing. should i pick it off the bud? should I cut the bud totally off?? or should I remove the entire plant from the grow room. I DO NOT WANT SEEDS!!!

Is that the same plant as the one in your other post about a seed in your bud? If so and thats the only one that looks like that I would remove it from the others, looks like its a hermi pretty bad.

What is a Hermaphrodite plant?

An hermaphrodite, or hermie, is a Marijuana plant of one sex that develops the sexual organs of the other sex. Most commonly, a flowering female Marijuana plant will develop staminate flowers, though the reverse is also true. Primarily male hermaphrodites are not as well recognized only because few growers let their males reach a point of flowering where the pistillate would be expressed.
Hermaphrodites are generally viewed with disfavor. First, they will release pollen and ruin a sinsemelia crop, pollinating themselves and all of the other females in the room. Second, the resulting seeds are worthless, because hermaphrodite parents tend to pass on the tendency to their offspring.

Please note that occassionally specious staminate flowers will appear in the last days of flowering of a female Marijuana plant. These do not drop pollen and their appearance is not considered evidence of deleterious hermaphroditism.

Here's an image of a hermaphrodite, specifically a female Marijuana plant with staminate flowers.

The other plant with the seed thing looked like it had bananas aswell...

edit: maybe its just the picture, have another good look at them...
Ok, now that I know....I have 7 other plants which have no signs of any bananas & are the same days in flowering. What would you do? should i harvest now at 34 days? or leave and let go? if i harvest now, will it be any good?

You could harvest the hermis now (dont know how good it would be) or isolate them and grow them out. If it was me I wouldnt risk them pollinating the rest, I'd chop em.
