Pics 2 and 3 looks like maybe good ol simple nitro deficiency, but don't quote me as an authority and wait till one of the grow eggheads confirm it or otherwise. As for your other question concerning I presume an upcoming urine test, I do have considerable experience of this fascistic practice. Unfortunately the way you are looking at it is mostly a no go, there is no magic potion to make you pass a urine test, time and abstinence are the only sure way. The good news is that that unless you are a complete heavy duty stoner the figures quoted usually as 30 days abstinence are way too high, you can if you are a moderate smoker, and by moderate I mean 2 or 3 joints a day/night then you can be below the limit ( usually 50mg ) after a week. How can I be sure of this ? I buy drug testing kits and keep an eye on my own condition and will confirm that I will be clear after a week. You don't say if the urine test is for a pre employment or a test during employment, but either way with a weeks abstinence you can pass it. If it is a heavy duty test like blood or hair tests then its bad news--then the 30 day rule is valid, post back with any details you care to share and I'll try and advise, otherwise good luck. I kneel by my grow cupboard every night and pray that this MJ testing regime one day will be outlawed as the offence to personal freedom it undoubtedly is.

Aphids or mites . I really work hard to keep stuff like that from getting started. Especially right before putting the plants into flower.

I'm a one joint a day guy but my shit is pretty good I just got informed of a new job that's what the test would be for. I have frozen some of my own but from what I' have read I'm scared to try it. As far as the plants I had them on tiger bloom but it seemed to dry them out so I went back to straight water.
How do I fight them?
There are 2 issues: Definitely the beginning of a mite issue, which causes the "dots" on the leaves as they (and their eggs) suck the juices out of the leaf underneath. The 2nd issue won't be as easy to diagnose: where on the plant is it happening, what are you fertilizing with, pH level and medium, etc......???

This late in flowering u have to be careful what you are spraying as it will 1) increase mold issues possibly, 2) hurt the taste and smokeablility of the buds, and 3) possibly kill off some healthy leaves delaying the finish. pH should not be above 6.5 going in.....ph of 8 is way too high so it's most likely a nutrient lock out. An N deficiency would start low and work it's way up the plant, which does not appear to be the case. It's probably multiple micro nute issues. How far are u into flowering?

IMO pics 2 and 3 look like it could be either mites or I have seen this kind of spotting before with magnesium deficiency progression.
Granted pic1 really does look tell tale mites.

Neem oil, a farm or ranch store will have it. I paid $20 for a good size jug and worth every penny.
I got so pissed off in 2003 I put a large number of plants in the trash and sold my 1,000w light for $50 all over spider mites. I stuck to outdoor for the following years.
