What is this?!

I woke up this morning and came back to one of my plants like this, a couple of stems seem like they structurally collapsed, i just added a bit more air flow with another fan because it wss too hot and humid, is this wind stress? Do i remove the leaves? Im struggling please help my other plant is completely fine so i dont know what to do

Could be heat stress if it was above 30c

Well the heat only went as high 80° F a little higherbut it would balance back down below 80, its only affecting fan leaves though
