What is this?:(

hi i have 2 little girls one of them is Jean guy other is grand daddy purple. I planted them aug 2nd they sprouted on the 5th so about 2 weeks rn. Few days ago i opened my tent and Jean guy was on its side so i propped it up [was thinking the fan pushed him over] and ge started showing weird spots on leaves. also GDP showing some spots on edge too. i messed up and after they sprouted one of the tap roots was sticking out and got scaredlol theyre in 5 gal smartpots atm. i was thinking maybe over watering or they hungry. need some expert advice its only my second grow

should i follow bottle or feed them less? its gonna be first feed and theyre in promix hp and i have the foxfarm and calmag from general organic notnsure if calmag would be needed as of yet.
