what is wrong here?

Plants in veg. ocean forest soil. In my kitchen so not to cold. I am only watering them. No fertilizer for a while.
Under a regular shop light 24 hours light. Some are doing fine other have leaves like in the picture.
What is going on here?

How long have they been in veg? With FFOF your plants will be fine for about 3 weeks without nutrients. I'd start feeding them.

i'm curious to know as well. I have some in veg that looks similiar. Is this from the bottom or the top of the plant Lady Luck?
