What is wrong with my plant?

Growing in coco with perlite. Ph runoff is 5.8/5.9. Water with nutrient mix that has pH of 6.1/6.2. RH is 45-55%. Temps are 77-80 during the day.

Notice how the bottoms of the leaves look burnt or bitten. I don't think i have any bugs or pests. Last time i used neem oil foliar spray was one week ago. It's indoor in a tent. I haven't seen any pests at all.

Do you know what is wrong?IMG_2052.jpegIMG_2051.jpegIMG_2050.jpegIMG_2048.jpeg

OK gripes first.
1) You can’t expect comment on the bottom of leaves for which you’ve only provided top shots.

2) “nutrient” is uninformative.

Nongripe:
your plant looks pretty good. The slightly older leaves are nice, flat and healthy.

possibly but not certainly, this is a phenotypic trait. See if the leaves iron out when left to themselves ...

Lol I meant bottom of the top leaves. The top two leaves (pictured) are the ones that aren’t looking too good.

nutrients are the canna coco a and b line with general hydroponics cal-mag.

i was actually thinking this may be a phenotype thing because the others of the same strain are doing well

What are your ppm or EC?

(I am compelled to say that the bottom of a top leaf still is bottom and I can’t see it.)

Do you mean lower portion, the bit near the petiole? (as seen from above) the crinkly margins?

I sort of assumed that because at first glance “oh that’ll grow out.”

But I could be wrong.

Yes lol I meant lower portion of the upper side of the leaf

Ppm meter is coming in on Friday so will check then. However, I’ve been very conservative with how many nutrients I give it. So I don’t think the ppm will be high. Will double check when I get the meter though

also I’m using RO water
I could be so wrong but I see Ca def
Go 150% on your cal-mag

if I’m right.

I think that is likely a strain trait. Over all your plant looks legit.

I started with RO water but, on a recommendation, went with my tap that ran about 250ppm. It worked very well. Is there something about your tap water that would harm your grow?

I just don’t have the ability to evaporate the chlorine under sunlight for 24 hours. It’s a closet grow in my parents house. They do not know about the plants so I don’t want to put gallons of water outside lol

The amount of chlorine in tap water simply isn’t an issue. I’ve never corrected for it, with no bad results. Try it.

So just noticed it on another plant as well. Different strain. So cannot be a phenotype issue. Do you think this may be caused by the pot being too small? It's a very small pot (half gallon probably. the diameter of the top of the pot is 5-6 inches only)

Keep in mind that I’ve only dabbled in growing but my real thing is extracts.
But that said, your pot looks ok to me.

As for phenotypes, I’m suggesting that while improbable, I would not say impossible.
