Your either foliar feeding or pests I would say. The ladder is more likely.

The little white dots almost look like aphids, but definitely can't be sure.

spray her down with some sm-90 and humic acid should fix her

How about before you spray or do anything you actually find out what your problem is... Search for bugs if that is the problem...
Cause with aphids ... you can see them plain as day.

Thats what they look like...

...do you mist your plants? ...the shit on the leaves looks to be residue.
