What jars for curing?

Those are cool and extremely OK , but i still prefer suggesting the Screw lid over the flip l

But if you are talking about the jars that need to be opened other than the ( screw type lid ) , then i suggest, if you can , stay away from them. Rubber breaks down over time, espc with repetitive opening and closing. IMO

I agree ,Yes that's why I stated in my previous post , that They do sell replacement SEALs for both Canning and mason, So being either seal can be replaced I prefer the canning type for my own reasons of breaking to many mason jar glass lids over the yrs.

Lets define these Jars they both have a purpose they are not the same,as I explained in my prior post.

Mason Jar= A bail wire flip lock to seal Air tight used to keep goods fresh and or pickle

Canning Jar= A screw type cap air tight ,but also have the option of Vacuum (true Canning by boiling)

It does not matter witch type you use they are both equal in there sealing capability .

I prefer the flip lid. I also prefer opening one flip lid as opposed to 5 screw tops.

I never use humidi packs. I just put the weed in the jars when it is ready, then get the rh in the jars down to 58%. I have stored weed for nearly a year this way with out any problems.

Agreed,
I actually never needed them , nor used them either, my advice to the fella was based on my experience and the like, both methods , if done right , should produce the same outcome , in regards to the whatever curing method is used.
And no doubt that if dried and cured properly it was can last a very long time.
