haha yes he wa... has excellent leaping abilities... that is what i was thinking but am unsure

Excellent jumping abilities would point towards a Camel Cricket ( no I'm not kidding ) but the pic is so small it's hard to tell.

looks like a crab spider to me,f it is jumping then it isn't a stink bug or spider...and I have no clue.

It's a frigging shield bug. A stink bug. Harmless to any plant, tastes bad for birds. That's about it, amigo.

yeah i havent noticed it eating at any of the leaves although many stink bugs are herbevores... there are over 200 species of them
