What Kind of Fertilizers or Adders should I Use and When to Use Them? Please Help

Im going to do my first grow outside going with fox farm light warrior for germination stage under fluorescent lights till they get about 2-3 leaves then im going to transfer them outside to my fox farm ocean forest or whatever it's called...my question is how to water them and what kind of fertilizers should i use through the whole growing cycle and when? also should i use this guys mix http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5G-N1lPLW0

You might want to make sure to bring them gradually outdoors. Try putting them in a mostly shaded area first, so they can get accustomed to the sun after being under fluorescents, then to partially shaded, and so on.
