What kind of soil??? Please help!

I'm just about to start my first grow. The only soil I could find with out nutrients/ fertilizer in it was Earthgro potting soil. It's organic and looks good. I'm going to be using the fox farm nutrient trio pack. And 2 100w CFCs on each plant. How do you think this will work out? Any advice would be great. Thank you. :leaf:

Earthgro is Ok, if you want to pick up something innexpensive go with Miracle Grow African Violet (already ph'ed for ya) or Miracle Grow Moisture Control, I have had great results with both. Everyone rants and raves about the latest and greatest soil, but the sad fact is that I have rode those ban wagons and overall have had better results with MG products at a fraction of the cost.

Buy a 3 cubic foot bag of peat moss (Home Depot) and a 4 cubic foot bag of penlite (Agway) - 50 gallons of dirt for $30.

no miracle grow, plz go right the first time its not worth trying to come to find out something in your soil you cant fix or change and get stuck with,go with fox farm soils, or go a hydro store and choose anything lol compared to buyin miracle grow

i think you will be good you shouldent have any prob

only prob i see is your gonna need more light alot more unless the cfls are really 100 watts and not equiv
