It appears to be the exotic (and somewhat rare) Western Faux Cannibis. The telltale sign is that it grows sideways!

But, seriousely folks, it's kinda hard to tell from that picture, a close-up of the leaves would be a big help! The leaves "seem" to be serrated, but not quite. The "Fingers" seem to join together, forming a (very) small "Hand". Both of these charactoristics would indicate "It ain't Pot", but I really think a better "Close-up" would make it more obvious.

Can't tell. Lose blood to my head trying to get a look.
Get a closer pic and turn it the right way.

Here are some closeup's of this plant. I hope someone can tell what this is it's so odd. Thank you all for your replies I hope everyone is having as much fun as me.

Well, that second round of photos makes it clear! I don't know what it is - but I know what it isn't. It isn't cannabis!

I know it's not cannabis. Does have some features though. I'm going to call it Mock Pot. Till some one tells me what it really is. Lol anyhow it's a funny looking plant. Thanks for the replies.

Hi guys. I remember reading somewhere that growers hide their out-door grows with Duck Foot plant that look like weed. Here's what I found:
