What leaves do I trim?

I got 5 gallon hydro system.
I’m doing LST training
but was wondering what leaves or growth spurts should I remove??
Plant strong and hearty but I know ur suppose to trim the leaves sometimes.

and 10,000 lumens at 5200k good for the whole cycle including flowering?
I read that 10,000 lumens at 5200k should work since it’s a lot of lumens

I'd leave them for now and see how they shape up in a couple weeks. Most usually give them a trim up just before the flip to 12/12 and again a few weeks later. They look a bit droopy though - how often are they being watered? Might need to bump your humidity up for veg too if that meter reading 39% is accurate (and lift the lights up a bit, they are very close)

Ya the little one in the red bucket is a autoflower green gelato plant. The ph was too high so I had to fix that today and will keep checking it next few days. It was doing well for a 2-3 weeks.
The other two in soil are drooping cuz I used the incorrect water but they are recovering nicely now. They are getting natural sunlight sometimes also now.

Leave them … that light is pretty underpowered and plant will need as much leaf to energize as it can get.
