is the one where there is a kid aspiring to write for rolling stone magazine, so he goes on tour with a band and writes about them while trying alcohol, weed and all of that shit for his first time. and there is some blonde girl that is a straight up hippy and has sex with everyone and tried to OD on drugs at the end. sleeping pills to be exact. I can remember like the entire movie but now the name :evil:

has anyone seen the director's cut, or special edition or whatever it is. there's supposed to be some version with 'new' content that I have yet to see. I'm curious if it's different enough to go search for.
