What nutes are best?

hey outdoor I'm pretty sure I got it down how to use the nutes but what exactly is big bloom and what does it do for the plant? I know grow big will obviously help the plant grow bigger and tiger bloom is for flowering. So what's big bloom if u could explain to me thanks

I use Advanced Nutrients and I find them great!
Bit of a taboo subject on many a forum, but they do the trick for me
