Probably aphids. Too big for spider mites.
Bugs can reproduce like crazy in two weeks! If I were you, I'd take them outside and rinse the shit out of them with plain water. Do it again in a week and you should be fine.
Just don't rinse before lights out or you're inviting mold/PM.

Might even be thrips. They like to chew the leaf surface.
Just make sure you rinse your buds after the chop. Nobody wants to smoke bug shit, dead bugs, etc.
1 cup of 3% peroxide in 5 gallons, followed by a second rinse of plain water.

their dead carcass and their frass is good, but they can spread fungi and disease too while they hunt for more farm animal aphids

Looks like thrips to me. Be careful if you treat it with anything, make sure it will be out of the plant before you harvest. I know neem takes about 4 weeks to clear out but does work good on thrips. Also make sure you don't get any on the buds if you spray it, just the leaves.

No just for infested plants if you like smoking bug shit and poison used to treat said bugs go ahead. I have been growing off and on for 15 years. I had bugs 1 time and I chopped that shit. Sorry bugs do not die without poison natural or not and that shit gets in the buds there is no amount of flushing or washing that will remove it .
