They can fly, sticky traps will help if you don't have them already.

I can only find Spinosad as an ant nest powder thing. I don’t know if there’s anything else toxic in those as it says toxic to fish

I managed to get some bayer pravado bug killer.

Supposed to be systemic so should hopefully kill them all. I sprayed just now and I’ll spray again tomororw morning too and hopefully they will be all gone

My advice: Give them all a good spray down with Insecticidal soap, get leaf miner/aphid/thrip paper and stick those fuckers everywhere. Wait 5 days and foliar rinse and apply soap again.
