What PPFD for mother room? (using ac infinity 10bar in 5x5)

I'm using a 5x5 tent with ACInfinity 10bar light. This is also a flower tent, but will be mother for a while. What is the optimal range of PPFD running at 18 hrs a day?

I use clone/seedling range I tend to get issues if I give more light. So 150-300ppfd. Then straight to flowering ppfd 600-900+ppfd.
