What ppm to run in my nutrient tub for rdwc? I'm using Advanced Nutrients 3-part, plants are in early veg, I'm using led's. Temps, humidity, etc are all adjustable.
Given noones knows what conversion factor your using I would say start with .3 -.5 EC early veg and work your way up weekly to 1.0 - 1.2 ec full veg. .8 - 1.0 ec for the first week of flower and work up to 1.4 ec peak bloom. Some go higher but I never have using AN. The key is to stay as low as you can instead of trying to give as much as possible. These are good numbers to use as guidelines but may vary given strain and environmental factors. The less intense the light the more pottasium needed and a warmer environment like above 80 degrees the more nitrogen needed so you may find adding more of 1 than the other is needed unlike the 1-1-1 ratio AN recomends. I have had great success in using the 123 veg and 321 flower approach with the 3 part. play around with the ratios a bit but stay within the range stated above and you find what your plants like. B52 is a good supplement for veg if you have issues in veg as well. If you do use supplements run them at half of what you use in base nutes. So 1 tsp or 5mls base would use 1/2 tsp or 2.5 mls of an addititve. Start with this and you find your way.
