looks like spider mites to me...

look on the underside of leaves... are there white specs?

You have spider mites.

your plant is small enough you can gently rub off and kill the adults and eggs. just be careful not to rub to hard that you damage tissue.

if this is to scary for newbies i recommend Mighty Wash, there are some others but this is probably easiest remedy other than by hand...
