WHAT R YOUR THOGUHTS ON TURNING PLANTS TO GIVE THEM DIFFERNET ANGLES TO THE LIGHT?

so ive been turning my girls from time to time to give them different looks at the light but i just dont know if this is good or since it takes them a few days to move and adjust the canopy.... so by my turning them am i missing out on days they could be absorbing more light or is it better cause light is reaching places it wouldnt normally reach???

whats ur thoguhts?

its not a bad idea at all.. that way every side gets light... i have just left ones to see what would happen and i didnt see much of a difference in yeild but my light is also way higher then my plants so they get light all around anyways

You could just surround the plants with cfl sidelighting and not have to worry about turning them cause all sides are already bathed in light. thats what i prefer.

how so?? light movers??? ..... i have 2 lights and i movethem every 3 days or so ??? u think thats good...
ya you can buy them online i would guess or at your local hydro shop. some poeple think it works some dont i think it works but the reward isnt that great but mabe
