What reflects more light?

This is a fairly short question, but what material reflects the most light? Aluminum foil or regular white walls/surface?

Matt white paint is the cheapest way to do it, but the mylar products are well worth looking into...

love mylar, wouldn't use anything else. I think its like 98% reflective. And no mirrors won't work well if anyone was gonna ask....
