This is my first grow. She are under 400w hps. My light was too close and she got hard heat and light burn. 9week in flowering. Should i let it go 2 more weeks or cut now and but new clones in?

You should just let it go until it looks ready. I did the same thing a few years ago when I forgot to turn my extraction fan on. I came home to burnt leafs. I just kept an eye on the trichomes and harvested as usual. And it was good weed.

Let it go til you can just barely cut 98% of brown off when you trim the buds. She is getting close. I'd say a week or so to go. Don't feel to bad. Most of us that have grown for a while have done something similar if not more than once. Once you figure out all the problems that could happen and fix it... another will issue will come along. Practice makes perfect.

Yeah, I'd let it finish a while longer but in the meantime I'd start pulling off those dead leaves. Easier to do now than after the buds swell more.
