you cool it off by gettin an inline turbine fan and some ducting to pull the hot air away from your hood and out and away from the grow. you'll need a carbon scrubber for the smells if you dont want to be detected. are you in flower yet? if you arent you definitely need to transplant to a container 3 gal bigger than the one you're in now, and let the veg for a week or 2 before you try and flower.
