What size pots for Sea of Green?

Seedlings started in quicky peat moss puck things (drop 'em in warm water, they expand), then placed in Jiffy pots to keep them upright. Just sprouted (first two leaves), when should they be placed into soil and into what size pot? I'm going to do SoG because I don't want to waste time vegging males (mixed Chrystal seeds). Thanks in advance!

Wait till you see growth like roots poking out of puck. You don;t have to do anything until the roots out grow what you start them in an keep in mind roots hate sun light. Sog, you can do it in one to three gallon pots one gallon per foot of growth.
