What spots on seedlings.

Im pretty sure this is a normal accurance, but im new so a quick explanation would be nice.

I can't see much w/ that led on but it looks like a burned leaf. post another pic.

Dont mind the bleached/burned leaf. That was cos it was to close to the LED, it has been going for a week at the correct height.

Ya, i mean the tiny little white spots on the leafs. Is that moisture or the way the light hits it or wat?

I just took my magnifying glass to it. I think im seeing pores or hairs or something.
