Im confused as to where some people start week 1 for auto flowers. Ive been tracking from Seed till now and im one month today from seed. Is that 4 weeks stupid question but some have counted from first leaves until now. Other grows ive seen have been extremely better in growth and size with the same strain and mine is a shorty

Week one (for me) begins once the first true leaves have appeared. You might want to consider some LST in the event that they remain fairly short for the duration of the grow. That way, every top has the chance to grow to the same size.

Are we talking about from start to finish counting. Or just counting the weeks of flowering. Not much need county weeks of veg. When the plant has some pistols at the top start counting weeks for flower.

Ive seen alot on this but i didn't wanna ruin her messing this up! She has lower branches that if i bend one way the pistols on the lower end will touch the soil that's how short she is

Not really a wrong stage for autos. To me it does not look like they are flowing yet. Domt worry about the lst bending training stuff for now. It is your first grow. Just let them do their thing and get a feel for it. If you did not plan for it dont try and over complicate things now. Start counting weeks when you see a clump of pistols at the tops. After 8 weeks check the trichs and decide when you will harvest. Plants are looking fine. Keep it up.

You can lose any leaves that might wind up touching the soil when bent over and you can train to either raise bud sites or open them up to more light . I totally understand your concern but in my opinion, messing it up would be a result of not doing any LST and not trying to make the most of what's available by getting all bud sites to be at about the same height. As for size, this girl was LST'd when she was 3 weeks old and not getting any taller than five inches. By aggressively LST'ing through the entire grow, she remained under 12 inches up until harvest and wound up giving me a little over 3 ounces.

there will be a "stretch" period for the next 3 weeks or so, best time to practice some lst brothaaa. and plants double even triple in height at this time. so dont be too concerend about hight. personally i like thefat short ones haha but their looking healthy though man. i just had a mango plant do somewhat the same, did some research found out they like to wait a little longer than others, i left it for 2 weeks and its filling out fast now all caught up with the others basically and its week 5 of flower, well almost. the picture of the plant was 3 weeks into flower and nothing then she just went nuts .

Nice yea i noticed the stretch that day she was already bending towrds the light when i got home from work! And hours before i bent all 4 side branches and cut off some fans the where blocking light to thhe lower bud sites not to much just bigger ones. And shes still doing good so i dont think i stressed her out or anything.
