There is, in fact, one for realz holy grail. It's been around about a decade, tastes like honey bourbon, and yields massively in 60 days flat. But it's tightly held among a sort of secret society. Those that have it took an oath to not mention it by name, share it, or even toke it with others. Once a year, 5 thoroughly vetted peeps are tapped to become members, and gain access to this totally transformational weed. My gf at the moment is smoking some right now, in fact.

Mr. Nice / Shantibaba Medicine Man (originally called White Rhino) is the classic choice.
I used to get Papaya (maybe Nirvana) at the dispensary that had a similar deep penetrating body buzz. And an instant calming effect.
Both are indica leaning. But different people with different types of pain can benefit from very different strains. So it’s always trial and error.

I grew papaya before. About 20 seeds I had a sativa leaning plant, like sweet mango went over 10 weeks. There's definitely a quick onset of the effects, most phenotypes are indica dominant.
