If free higher education is so impossible, how can other developed nations offer it, even to non citizens?

Same argument as universal health care.

This country has chosen to subsidize multinational cortisone and billionaires, which is why we can't afford to invest in our citizens. This is unsustainable and will come to an end soon, one way or another.
