I appreciate all the tips and you're correct the light was way too far above because I didnt have the chains to suspend, but I got the chains and if you towards the end the light I dropped it roughly 4 feet so it should be fine. And as far as circulation how do I do that? and was there anything you could tell that I didnt have one? The tent is outside and has some gaps so I figured the air was natually replacing itself with such a small area :D

Oh and I drink stupid amounts of water so I always have like 5 packs of 36 water bottle things from Sams. When they get bigger and look like actual plants and I replant into 5 gallon buckets im going to start getting those big ass jugs from walmart
 
and you can just get a regular fan in thier, tent should have 6" velcro hole for an inline fan. you well need both and exhaust and intake. right now a fan inside the tent will do at seedling stage. but once they start to really veg the fans wuill be needed

The fan they are talking about is a inline fan they come in 4,6 or 8 inch that connect to a carbon filter you are also gonna need at least a 6 inch oscillating clip fan that you put in side your tent.
 
What kind of tent are you using Roflicer? Mine looks just like it, but I bought it off of ebay in a personal auction, and they didn't have the name listed......no tags on the tent either ><
