Update:

The girls have lost the crinkled look but they've unfortunately taken on something else.

Unsure thought it may be magnesium def in the beginning as the veins stayed green while the other bits of the leaves started to turn a lighter green heading into a yellower color.

So 4 days ago I took away the amino treatment and am now only using base nutrients plus calmag.

I've also noticed what looks to be like calcium def on some of the older fan leaves.

Anyone else have an idea on what could be going on here ?

I'm suspicious of the auto pot system when I see things like that. A couple of years ago I tried auto pots with GH trio. Four plants which started to show like yours. Eventually I concluded that trying to sort our ph and tds when the salts are concentrating in the media over time was more than I could figure out. So I took them off the trays, put them on risers and flushed. Runoff ppms were high. Afterward I just hand watered to runoff to get them to harvest. Not sure if that is what is going on with your plants but having seen something that looked like that on an auto pot, you might want to try to flush with low ec water and measure your runoff to see what is happening in your root zone. Some people seem to have great results with auto pots. I tried them once and failed.
