What the heck is this?

So my lights just turned on and I go to give my bonsai afghani her morning mist and to my surprise I find little brown dots appearing on a couple leaves. I haven't had no problems until now and I know where I went wrong I transplanted her into a pot without realizing the new pot has no drainage holes. so I have to fix that issue but first and foremost what the heck are these brown dots and how to I prevent them from spreading unto the rest of my babies foliage?

Thank you in advance

Looks like typical early flower mag issue. Check the feed schedule for the nutrient line you are using or research general feeding options for flower.

Okay sorry for the late reply. I know as soon as I mention my nutes there will be ridicule, but for the sake of my babies ill take it. I'm using miracle grow ultra bloom, I wanted to use better but it is how it is.. im not expecting the same results as the fox farm's line of fertilizers, but I did expect MG to work more or less with out deficiencies. -the specs are as stated-
(N) 15%
(p) 30%
(k) 15%
There isn't any references to magnesium on the mineral list closest is manganese which i figure has nothing to do with magnesium.
It is fed every 3rd day feeding goes like this (day 1) 1/8 teaspoon ultra bloom diluted in 500ml spring water bottle (day 2) 1/8 teaspoon blackstrap molasses diluted in 500ml water bottle, (day 3) pure spring water 500ml. REPEAT.. *spring water substituted for brita filtered water in between trips to the store to re up on bottled water. I water daily because the flower pot is small and my plant plus the lights soak up a lot of moisture daily. I also on occasion put a banana peel in a bottle of water and into the fridge for 24hrs to extract the potassium from the peel and pour it into the soil along with a worm cast solution (empty box of worms aka worm soil warm water and molasses in a jug with and aerator and an air stone 24hrs) my version of a worm casting tea.

As for the soil i wish i could tell you what it was but i through out the bag and for the life of me i cant remember some brand claiming three month feeding with cocoa fibre, top soil, perlite mix seemed like nice soil since my plant has been lush green since. But I know know thats not the case. If this is indeed a magnesium diffeciency what do I need to purchase to get my soil levels at an optimum level before im left with an entirely spotted afghan.

if you are using RO water or growing under leds. you tend to need to use cal-mag more often. you can buy cal-mag at any grow shop or you can use epsom salt and or dolomite lime to help out a bit. but it will take a while for it to break down. the salt can probably be all disolved. it is best when mixed in the soil before planting.

so are you sure it is magnesium? And how efficient is the diluted epsom salts? and is that the same same salt you use for bathing? As for cal-mag how much does it cost?
