Hi ya fellow growers and lurkers :)

Here's a question for you that i know lots of you would like to answer ... coz we ALL want something ...Right ?

What would YOU like to see in your Local Hydro Store Or Websites that you use ?

Most stores try all they can to stock as many items as you might need ... and most do a damn fine job ... What are the Absolute " MUST HAVES " for a Hydro store / Site ?


And what are they not stocking that YOU would want to see and BUY ?

I know this might be a strange question for this section .... But i think new growers comming into Hydro have very little idea about whats needed to do a full term grow ...and it can be very confusing and off putting to begin with .

So lets here your opinions :)

I wish my hydro store sold a different soil. FF is all they carry. Like thats all people use. Their always trying to push some expensive new shit on me. In short I wish my hydro shop wasnt a FF sellout.

my shop is sooo awesome. i have THE dream hydro shop. i thought so when i ordered from them online and now their local here in michigan!

Yeah your lucky to have such a good store thats local , htg seem to have a massive stock and huge ranges on everything ..at decent prices .

I'm in the middle of a lot of stores , All pretty local ,I have been dealing with a really new store, Not new to growing but new to tradeing , I have been helping them out with getting a few bits that i know everyone will need at one point or another .They are awesome at customer service ...and great prices .. they just need a bit of help on getting the right products that people need .

It's easy for me to say what " I " want lol ...But im thinking of my fellow growers , Im at the point now where im finding t unusual things that others might not be stocking , So i just thought i would ask you guys :)

You guys really don't get mylar ?

we cant buy clones here ( UK ) :( , I think our government is waiting and watching what goes on with this vote in Cali befor they even mention the reform on canabis laws here ...Untill then our hydro stores can only grow tomatoes :)

I find few hydro stores that actually have setups demonstrating big grow equipment like CAP growroom,master light controllers and such. Also a PC software automation interface setup would be nice too. I understand though that this would take space and money and that the average Joe coming into these hydro stores is not a big time grower .

Yeah that would be pretty cool to , To actualy see the products working , I have been to a store like that here ... Light movers and a few little tents all rigged up , Felt more like a supermarket compaired with other stores ... was pretty cool though :)

Not sure about where you guys live but in Sacramento a few of the grow shops are next too or part of the same building as dispenseries

this is the very reason I don't do hydro stores, just go to a regular nursery, prices are better, knowledge is better and wider range of products

though one hydro store here in denver now carries CMH bulbs because of me :)

I only have one store in the whole state and it is 6 hrs away! Not sure if I would buy anything anyways but sure would be nice to check it out. Never been into a store like that. All my supplies are ordered online or from the local nursery.
