Getting spotting everywhere. Do I need to remove all the brown spotted leaves?? they seem to he taking over...

How can I fix this? A tea? Honestly have no idea what caused it

Over watering? Too many nutes? Feeding mostly organic but may have given some hard, non-ph'd hose (with hose filter attached) water to them for a out 3 days until Ingot more RO from the store... Happened pretty fast

You replaced water with minerals and elements (TDS) with a near 0 TDS

You’re essentially performing a flush.

I had an issue like this when I was watering with RO water alone straight out of the bottle. I was not PH’ng the water or adding calcium and magnesium.
I started adding a supplement with both calcium and magnesium and PH’ng the water to 6.5. The problem stopped spreading and the leaves started reaching up. But the spotted leaves didnt change., I trimmed a few off each day so I wouldnt shock the plant. I did not like taking the leaves, I think the plants need their leaves...

Now I use regular tap water that is 6.5 PH and i have not had that problem again.

I definitely would NOT remove all the damaged leaves, its too many to take off at once and there wont be many healthy leaves left to do what they are supposed to, how many weeks do you have left?

I also trimmed off all the discoloring in the flower because it started to get bud rot in those areas.
If it happened again to me, I would cut the individual flowers that had the discoloring to try and prevent bud rot. As I recall it took about a week for the spotting and discoloring to stop spreading..

that's true and sometimes it's best to leave these leaves so the deficient plant can keep on and re-mobilize some of these minerals etc

Copy that, thanks. Just worried that if the rust spots keep spreading if it will be ok to consume post harvest..

I gave them a top dress with organic / compost material last night hoping it helps.

Garden grade gypsym towards the end of flowering can deliver both S for terpene development & Ca to harden cellwalls (against pathogens). Calcium is special in the way a plant can transmit it because it strictly separates it from K in some regions... so this oftentimes leads to lacks of Ca towards the end of flower

I had similar thing happen before and my leaves were similar to those but I summarized mine to be late stage potasium deficiency. Maybe look it up and see if the images are close to yours...just search it on the web.

Copy that. That's a possibility but man they look pretty rough and at only 6 weeks of flower not sure that's considered late... Im only at MAYBE 25% brown hairs so still a ways to go. Think they may have gotten over fed at one point or another. I switched food regimine late veg early flower and I think it took them a week or so to build up whatever is going on. I used some fertilizer steaks that feed for a long period of time. They broke down over time and with the addition of earth dust and a few others I think I may have just fed too much I honestly have no idea lol

My main concern is the rusting / spotting spreading to the buds and f'ing them up. Would be detrimental lol... seems like it's mostly midway up the plant to the top. bottom is in pretty good shape. Whatever it is I'm hoping the tea I gave them last night helps to get them back.
