What options does a vendor/patient provider have when a dispensary fails to pay the established cost reimbursement on the scheduled payment date. My friend has requested his medicine be returned to him as soon as possible. The dispensary said they may have something for him in a couple of weeks. This is proving to be a real nightmare. What realistic options does a vendor retain when handing over medicine on a consignment? I'm looking for legal means, but would prefer something a little more mild. I hope none of you have had to deal with this as I can see the stress it's putting on my friend's small grow, but appreciate any helpful suggestions.

If you signed a contract or anything of such, I would look over and see what it says? If not and just a verbal agreement then i will say that sucks. I'd probably send them a few letters in the mail containing a "legal" document stating will bring the piggies into the situation. Due to the nature of the business hopefully it'd "scare" them into giving back your weed.

What happens when you front a QP and they don't pay you for it?
1. Never front what you can't lose.
2. Never front to cover a front. (i.e. Just give me a QP more and Ill break it up into 1/8 ths and pay you back for both).
3. If you don't get paid get even. Brick through a window or 4 slashed tires wont get your money back but it sure will make you feel better. Just be smart.

look at the contracts(if they exist) see if they cover the dispensary's ass from situations like this and if not get a lawyer or get someone who can look like a lawyer and knows a little about the law to go into the shop with your friend and recover it by threatening to press some sort of charges.if they dont just hand over product and/or money then get a real lawyer and press some sort of actual charges

Just walk in there and start raising hell. Refuse to leave until you get your stuff back while continually raising hell and telling the patients inside how this place is ripping you off. If they tell you to leave tell them no and to call the cops if they want. just be complete dicks and you will get your stuff back in a matter of minutes if you follow what I said.

Hey, you sound very experienced with this. This happened at my local dispensary last year. There's a $20,000 reward for info still. There are surveillance videos.
